77 PhD Scholarships at University of Udine, Italy

Admission to the Ph.D. courses activated by the University of Udine in the Academic Year 2016/2017, 32° cycle.

Scholarships

University of Udine Research Scholarships are available for students applying research doctorates (Ph.D.).

For each research doctorate there is a fixed number of scholarships, so you are invited to read carefully all specific calls.

Scholarships last maximum three years and are confirmed on an annual basis only for students who will be admitted to the followings year (the admission is decided yearly by the Teaching Board of the each specific research doctorate programme.

At the moment the yearly amount of the scholarship is €13,638.47 (gross) but it may be increased in the future on the base of new laws and rules.

If the students will spend some periods of study and research for his/her research doctorate programme abroad (lasting between a minimum of two months and a maximum of six months), the scholarship will be increased by 50% for each month spent abroad.

Scholarship will start with the actual beginning of the research doctorate programme.

3. Annex C - Research project;
4. Identification document: identity card or passport.
Optional documents:
1. Thesis/Dissertation referred to the highest academic qualification obtained, that provides access to Ph.D. course ;
2. Publications (max 5)
3. Letters of reference (max 2) from university professors, scientific researchers or other experts in the field*;
4. Other qualifications (self-certification, see the announcement);
5. Request of aids for disabilities (1, 2).

Ph.D. in Biomedical sciences and biotechnology

Compulsory documents:
1. Annex A - Certifications and declarations;
2. Annex B - Curriculum vitae et studiorum;
3. (Only for applicants who want to compete for ESF - S3 scholarship) Annex C - Research project; 
4. Identification document: identity card or passport. 
Optional documents:
1. Thesis/Dissertation referred to the highest academic qualification obtained, that provides access to Ph.D. course;
2. Publications (max 5);
3. Letters of reference (max 2) from university professors, scientific researchers or other experts in the field*;
